Where is your clothing produced?
Our clothing is designed in Australia and the silk is sourced from China from suppliers who provide premium quality silk, ethically made. Mulberry silk is perfect for wearing as nightwear because it is flexible, yet strong. It has hypo-allergenic qualities, its durable, good for your skin and perfect to wear when coping with hot flushes.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, we offer Afterpay as a payment option.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we want to make online shopping easy for you and given the different sizes of clothing currently in the market, we are happy to exchange or refund our sleepwear. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for more information.
The item I want has now sold out.
Please email info@silkblvd.com.au or contact us on 0475 440 950 for more information. It is possible we may be able to obtain more of a similar product for you albeit in a different colour if you so choose.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Australia is 7-10 days depending on where you live. Again, please refer to our shipping and returns policy for more information.
Do you deliver internationally?
No, we are afraid at this point we cannot deliver internationally. Although, if you are willing to pay for shipping then we can arrange delivery. Each of our sleepwear weighs roughly 0.02 kg which will assist you in calculating the shipping costs.
Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards are valid for 3 years.
How do I know which size to purchase?
As you know sizing can vary greatly within different brands. We recommend that you refer to our SIZE GUIDE and product description to check which size will fit you best.
Do you accept phone payments?
We are happy to process your order over the phone. Please call us on 0475 440 950 and let us know which item/s and sizes you require and we will be happy to process the sale completely over the phone.
I am having problems using my gift card or promo voucher online, what should I do?
Please email us on info@silkblvd.com.au or silkblvdsleepwear@gmail.com if you are having issues redeeming a voucher. We will do our very best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Please ensure you include the gift card number or promo code and details of the item/s that you were hoping to purchase with the voucher so that we can keep it / them aside for you until we have resolved the issue.
I’m not sure if my payment went through, how can I check?
Once your order has been received you should receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing the order, we recommend checking with your bank, or sending us an email on info@silkblvd.com.au or silkblvdsleepwear@gmail.com check whether the order has gone through.
My payment has been declined.
Please double check that the card details you supplied (including the expiry date, card type and CCV number) are all correct. Otherwise, you can enter the details of another card and try again. If the problem persists you can contact your bank for details on why the payment was declined. If there is no issue with your card, please email info@silkblvd.com.au and we will try to rectify the situation. We can also accept phone payments and bank transfers, however the item/s will not be held or sent until your funds have cleared.
